All prices advertised on this site are inclusive of GST for Australian residents. Freight charges will be advised after you supply the delivery address.
As a guide, you should allow $30-$50 for Australian delivery addresses and $100-$300 for overseas delivery addresses. This will be charged separately.

Should you wish to pay by depositing money to our account, please contact us so that we can give you the relevant details. We also accept bank cheques and international money orders in Australian dollars.
For cash payments, a $500 deposit is payable. When your piece is complete we will contact you for the balance, prior to dispatch. Cancellation fees may apply to cover bank fees, freight and administration costs.
When you place your order and payment has been cleared, the process of creating your individual figure begins!
You will receive a letter from us within 10 days of your order, with a receipt for payment and the edition number of your piece. This will be sent to the address that we have for delivery of your piece, so if you don’t hear anything from us within this time, please contact us in case there has been an error in recording your details.
Meanwhile, work will have begun at the foundry, pouring a wax figure of your piece and then “shelling the wax”. This process alone can take up to two weeks, depending on weather. Once the shell has been fired, the bronze will be poured, the shell destroyed and the next step in finishing your piece will commence. This consists of applying the patina and hand polishing.
Once complete, the piece will be despatched to you. We will send you an email advising you that the piece has left the foundry and giving you a consignment number. Depending upon where you are located this can also take up to a week, as due to the weight and value of the pieces we have a door-to-door courier service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Estimates of delivery time range from 4-6 weeks from the time of order.
